Deep clean of a Rangemaster by Paul who did a good job in the main. Detailing wasn’t great, I asked about grease deposits in the rear grate and was told it wouldn’t come off – I did so with a screwdriver when he left. I was surprised when I was asked to pay extra as I had been given a price by the office and it wasn’t made clear that this could alter if extra work was required.
