Daryl arrived for the first slot in the day and was 5 mins early! Good start. Gloved, masked, extremely polite and good humoured he noted one member of the house was shielding, prepped the area and removed the pieces requiring immersion. Looking at the semi commercial double oven he was able to give ‘time to completion’. Amazing effort and ‘attention to detail’. The unit although well used and at least 10 years old looks new. (It has been cleaned three times by other organisations but has never looked like this !). My wife, a professional Chef, was surprised and delighted. Daryl – Top man. Good job. Thank you.
